Shipping policy

US orders

 

All US orders are shipped within 1-2 days of purchase. Most shipments arrive within 3-5 days and a tracking number will be provided when the item ships.

We ship to residential addresses, commercial addresses, P.O. boxes and APO/FPO/DPO.

All orders placed before 12pm ET Monday-Friday will ship the same day. Orders placed after 12pm will ship the next business day. No shipments are sent on weekends.

 

International orders

 

All international orders are shipped within 1-2 days of purchase. Shipping time and delivery speed varies depending on location. You can review shipping costs and shipping methods at checkout. Most packages arrive within 7-18 days.

Please note: International orders may be subject to import taxes/duties when arriving in your country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the order and we are not responsible for paying these import or customs fees (if any). 

Order confirmation and tracking

 

After placing an order you will receive an order confirmation via email. We will begin to process your order and prepare it for shipment. After we ship out your order you will receive an additional email with tracking information to track your package.

 

Order changes and cancellations

 

Additions, changes, and cancellations to your order can be made within 30 minutes of placing it. If you wish to make a change or cancel your order, please contact support as soon as possible.

After 30 minutes, the order is processed and typically leaves the warehouse, and therefore cannot be canceled. If cancellation is requested after this window, the customer will be responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the package.

 

If the item has already shipped, we won’t be able to cancel or modify the order until you receive it. In that case, please contact us to initiate a return or exchange.

Cancellation of a transaction in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Cancellation), Htsa”a -2010 and Consumer Protection Act, 1981.

Refunds and returns

 

If you are unsatisfied with our products for any reason, you may request a full refund after 3 months of use.

All devices include a 7-year warranty.
If the device was purchased within the past 2 years and is found to be defective, we will send a brand new replacement unit free of charge.
If more than 2 years have passed, the device must be returned to our facility for repair, and the same unit will be serviced and returned to you.

This refund policy is only applicable to purchases made on Korabeauticals.com. Purchases made from other online retailers or in physical stores are subject to that retailer’s return policy.

For Korabeauticals.com orders, a full refund will be processed to your original method of payment, typically within 3–5 business days.
If an item needs to be returned to our warehouse, shipping costs are non-refundable.
